Maintenance Contract Options
Contract Level 1:
Preventative Maintenance Services
Applies to all OPC-series models
Includes:
- 3 PMs, scheduled and documented every 4 months by a Haskris support team member
- Services Cover:
- 8 point checklist on the refrigeration system
- 7 point checklist on the glycol pump system
- 6 point checklist on the electrical and control system
- System is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and adjusted as necessary to ensure maximum uptime
Contract Level 2:
Extended Warranty
OPC1.5 to OPC3
OPC4 to OPC5
OPC8 to OPC10
OPC15 to OPC20
Includes:
- 3 PMs, scheduled and documented every 4 months by a Haskris support team member
- Extended Warranty: full parts and labor coverage
- Unlimited phone support during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:00pm CST)
Contract Level 3:
After Hours Extended Warranty
OPC1.5 to OPC3
OPC4 to OPC5
OPC8 to OPC10

Includes:
- 3 PMs, scheduled and documented every 4 months by a Haskris support team member
- After hours appointments available
- Extended Warranty: full parts and labor coverage
- After hours field service and repairs
- Extended phone support (7 days per week, 6:00am to 10:00pm CST)
