Standard Product Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY: The Haskris warranty is limited to the following provisions, and does not apply to claims where the product has been mishandled or used in a manner inconsistent with the instruction manual provided with each unit. Haskris makes no other warranty, express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

TERM & COVERAGE PROVISIONS: Warranty extends for one year from date of installation, not to exceed 18 months from date of shipment. The warranty includes parts and labor; labor must be authorized by Haskris Co. in writing, prior to proceeding with repairs.

PARTS PROVISIONS: Parts warranty does not include consumable items such as filtration elements. Replacement parts furnished during the unit warranty are covered until the unit warranty expires. Parts purchased after the unit warranty expires will be covered for 90 days. Defective parts must be returned, transportation prepaid, to Haskris. Normal outgoing surface transportation charges will be paid by Haskris.

Haskris on-site service warranties are unmatched in the industry. No costs or inconvenience in shipping the system back to the factory, or to an authorized service center. Easy access design with field service in mind enables the Haskris support team to manage your on-site support expeditiously, using a contract system of carefully selected service companies.
